Open the Mail tab and tap 'Report mail'. Snap a photo of the visible address (we'll blur any partial numbers automatically), pick a preferred handoff option, and submit. Our matching system finds the neighbor and coordinates the pickup on your behalf.

Open the Payments section from your dashboard. You can pay by card, bank transfer, or enroll in autopay to never miss a due date. Autopay adopters skip the $25 late fee automatically.

From the Violations page, open the notice and choose 'Appeal'. You can attach photos, request a hearing, or share context. The board reviews appeals at the next scheduled meeting.

Visit Amenities from the sidebar. Pick the space (clubhouse, grill area, tennis court, cabana, or guest suite), choose your window, and confirm. You'll get a reminder 24 hours before your slot.

Open your profile → Household, and tap 'Invite'. Enter their email or phone; they'll receive a secure link to set up their own account tied to your property.

Always call 911 first. The app is not a replacement for emergency services. After you're safe, use the Alert Board or contact security via the Security tab to notify neighbors and the HOA.

Head to your profile from the top-right avatar. Update email, phone, quiet hours, and per-channel preferences (push, email, SMS). Emergency alerts always override quiet hours.
