The Oakwood Estates pool will reopen at 9 AM Saturday. New deck furniture is in and lifeguards return through Labor Day. Please review posted rules — key changes: swim caps required in lap lanes, and grill area is now reservation-only after 6 PM.

NWS has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for Wake County until 8 PM. Please secure outdoor furniture and pool umbrellas. The clubhouse basement is available as shelter — enter through the north door.

Green Horizon Landscaping will service the greenway from 8 AM to 3 PM Thursday and Friday. Expect brief noise on Redbud Lane and Sycamore Circle. Sprinklers on Magnolia Trail will be tested between 10 – 11 AM Friday.

Quarterly dues of $412.00 post automatically on Aug 1. Autopay residents don't need to take any action. Balances after Aug 15 accrue a $25 late fee per Article IV § 3 of the bylaws. Payment plans available on request.
